Zerowaste.
One of the most sustainable festivals in the Mile High City. In 2015 Lyndsey Manderson, owner of Zero Market, hosted her first shop here and helped build the sustainability program; Zero Market now has a brick-and-mortar store at Stanley Marketplace.
In 2017 the program grew with a partnership with Scraps. Since 2018 the food trucks and bars use compostable items, with Scraps on hand to sort, weigh, compost and recycle.
